Our team is led by ASID award winning designer, Carolyn Pilastro. Carolyn has more than 30 years of interior design experience. She migrated from Chicago, Illinois to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1992 where she found herself inspired by various artisans and craftsman. Carolyn was mentored by Phoenix Home & Gardens "Master of the Southwest", Billi Springer. She brings a creative element to each project she influences. From the rustic southwest to contemporary, Carolyn enjoys working to create environments that are an expression of her client's personal lifestyle. She is inspirational!

Our design office and projects are kept running smoothly by our Design Coordinator, Mary Grisamore. Mary has been an integral part of our design team for more than 15 years. She knows the ins and outs of the interior design business and always has the client's best interest in mind from start to finish. Mary also has an amazing creative sense. With Mary on your team there are always great things getting accomplished. She is an inspiration to us all!
