Carolyn Pilastro
Owner, Lead Designer
Our team is led by ASID award winning designer, Carolyn Pilastro. Carolyn has more than 30 years of interior design experience. She migrated from Chicago, Illinois to Scottsdale, Arizona in 1992 where she found herself inspired by various artisans and craftsman. Carolyn was mentored by Phoenix Home & Gardens "Master of the Southwest", Billi Springer. She brings a creative element to each project she influences. From the rustic southwest to contemporary, Carolyn enjoys working to create environments that are an expression of her client's personal lifestyle. She is inspirational!
Isabel Uribe
Designer
A former Special Education teacher with a passion for design, Isabel is currently studying Architecture and Interior Design at UCLA Extension. She plays an active role in supporting the Design Origins team across multiple phases of design—from concept development to sourcing and presentation. Isabel’s background in education brings a steady, organized perspective to the creative process, ensuring every project is handled with care and precision.
